Toronto Home Inspector - Avenue Home Inspections

Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases of your life and a Home Inspection is a process to inform you of the present condition of the house and any major potential problems.

A home inspection will assist you in making the most informed buying decision. It is beneficial to be aware of any current problems or those that might arise in the future. A home inspection will help manage any repair and maintenance costs required and is the best impartial evaluation a potential home owner can have.

  1. I’m VERY disappointed with the quality of work of Avehi home inspections! They should not be business!!

The day of my home inspection, the inspector repeatedly assured me that everything in the home looked good and no fixes were required in the immediate future. He handed me a report and left. When I got home, I went over the report and 90% of the items he “inspected” were marked as “immediate attention”. I called him to clarify and he would not give me a straight answer. This of course made me very nervous so I decided to get a second opinion. The second inspector found so many things that the Avehi inspector missed!! There was insulation missing from some windows, water stagnant in the basement, water in some outside light fixtures and many more.

I called the Avehi inspector the next morning I got a very defensive attitude from the so called “inspector”!

Buying a home is a HUGE investment! DO NOT waste your money with Avehi inspections. They DO NOT know what they are doing! It could have cost me all my savings to fix all the issues that the inspector missed. BE CAREFUL – DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY
